As with all our plans we setup everything for you. Once your site is finished this plan covers all the basics and leaves the updating and content changes to you. Your in the drivers seat and we are always here to support you.
Please note that this plan requires that you put in a little time learning how to use the Content Management System in order to put together and upload your content changes. So if your computer literate, or you know someone who is that can help you out, then this plan is all you need.

Domain Name:
We search and create a list of all the domain names that would be appropriate for your business and present you with the list to choose your name. Then we purchase that name for you and pay the yearly renewal fees as long as you are with us.
Website Hosting:
Do you really want to spend your time learning how to manage hosting a website? We will setup a hosting account for your website at our hosting provider. Then we will setup DNS to point your Domain Name to your hosting account. We cover all setup and monthly fees related to the hosting of your website as long as you are with us. We also monitor your website and actively take action if something goes wrong.
CMS Website Install:
Your website will be built on a Content Management System (CMS). This allows you to login to your website and make changes to your content. What this means is that you are in complete control of your website and everything that is on your website. There is a huge resource of free documentation online and books in print explaining how to use the CMS. We will provide you with links to all these resources and recommend some books to help get you up to speed.
Website Design:
We will customize the design you picked with your company logo and branding. If you don’t have a logo we can create one for you.
Email Forwarding:
We will configure your website to automatically forward all emails to your current email address. This is the simplest way for you to monitor incoming communications as you will not need to learn a new email system etc.
Search Engine Optimization:
Now that you have a beautiful website with excellent content we will setup your site with all the top keywords and submit your site to the major search engines to get you listed.
5 Pages + :
We will setup a navigation area with 5 pages to make it easy for you to begin adding content to these pages. On these pages we will put some sample information that you can replace with your own information. The + means that you can add additional pages at anytime. The CMS allows adding and deleting pages as well as modifying the navigation. Nearly everything you see on your website is easily changed.
Social Media Links:
We will setup links to your Twitter and Facebook accounts if you have them.
Blogging:
If having a blog is part of your marketing strategy your in luck because your website includes a blog. We will setup your blog and get you ready to start creating posts.
Visitor Tracking:
How many people are visiting your website? How are they finding your website? What content is the most viewed? Are there certain days of the week when you get more visitors? We will setup a tracking account at Google for your website and give you direct access. You can watch the trends and learn how to optimize your content so that visitors get more of what they are looking for.
Help Documents:
We do everything we can to help our clients be successful. We will provide you with a welcome package that contains all the information about your new website. This will include all the instructions for how to login to your website and links to many free references for how to use your new CMS system.
